Q. Why is Facebook chat not working?
Sometimes Facebook chat can get confused and prevent you from opening the chat bar. To fix this, simply logout and then log back into Facebook via MenuTab.
Q. Why is MenuTab failing to launch/crashing?
Before emailing customer support, please can you try the following:
1. Quit the app, then delete it from your Mac and then finally redownload from the Mac App Store. This will ensure you have the latest version installed.
2. Then download and run this special app we’ve made that resets MenuTab back to its default settings:
-> MenuTab Free (v3.8 and below): Preferences Cleaner – Download
-> MenuTab Pro (v3.8 and below): Preferences Cleaner – Download
-> MenuTab Free (v3.9 and above): Preferences Cleaner – Download

Q. How do I quit the app?
To quit MenuTab, click on the options button and select ‘Quit’ from the dropdown. Alternatively, you can press cmd + Q.
Q. Do you track my Facebook data?
No, we do not track or store your data. You connect directly with Facebook.
Q. Do I have to pay for In-App Purchases again if I install MenuTab on another Mac?
No, simply buy them again and you will not be charged, provided you use the same App Store account to purchase them.
Q. Can I download MenuTab directly, without going through the App Store?
Sorry, no.
Q. Can you add a particular feature to MenuTab?
